We are recruiting Technical Support Agents for a growing renewable energy business in Cape Town.
This is a customer-facing technical support role, not a field installation position. You’ll help customers understand and troubleshoot their solar systems remotely, using your technical knowledge, logical problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who is curious about how solar systems work and wants to develop deeper expertise in solar PV, inverters, batteries, system performance and renewable-energy technology.
